What's that?
A company or department makes a commercial about the vision/mission and values of the company/department. Different departments use the commercial to express how they would like to put the new vision and mission into practice. What does it mean for the people in the department? The employees translate the changes. During a full day or half a day, we use the working methods for a commercial. The employees produce a script, a shotlist, and a shooting script. They determine the target group and the pay-off of the film. They will shoot the film under the leadership of professional cameramen or with their own cameras. The commercials are edited and shown at the end of the day.
