We offer the facilities, knowledge and experience for producing a company film.
As a business-theatre company we have considerable expertise in training people in organisations, which we gained over many years. Many organisations have used actors in training, and the cases have been developed in part by the actors. An excellent basis to use all this experience is to develop company films as a tool for guiding learning processes.
The objective of the film is determined together with the client.
We also consider the target group. Act Inc. provides the scenario and in co-operation with its film partner, it produces a shotlist, and a script. We offer the development and production of a business film as a total package based on a quotation. The idea and the script are the core of the entire production, which involves a script, the technology, site visits, input and rehearsals with actors, editing, post-production, and supplying the DVDs.
5 different ways of using a business film
- The business film as a communication tool
- The business film as a training tool
- The business film as a change tool
- The business film as a kick-off
- The business film as a record
1. The business film as a communication tool
A film to instruct or to provide insights into a new product or a change in the organisation. Examples include the introduction of a new client-record system, the introduction of a new car model, the introduction of new working methods for the planning and control cycle. We produced the new Peugeot CRM system as a business film.
2. The business film as a training tool
Background, methods and applications of training are discussed in the film. Examples include negotiation techniques, characters and dealing with different clients. We supported the reduction of absenteeism through illness within IBM by means of a training video. For the Ministry of Foreign Affairs we supported the HRM cycle with flash films.
