Company film

3. The business film as a change tool
Cameramen film the situation in a company. In a few short but recognisable scenes the issues of the organisation are outlined. The film is intended to engender discussion. The organisation or the management team engage in discussions with the film as the basic premise. Examples include safety situations in the industry, customer satisfaction. We recorded some hard-hitting interviews and showed these during major change processes, for example within the IND.

4. The business film as a kick-off
Interviews with the board, clients, and employees are used to communicate the reason for the change. You can also use interviews as the stimulus for a good discussion between employees or between employees and management.

5. The business film as a record
If you would like something lasting, as a memento or as a communication tool for the organisation, you can ask Act Inc. to record this professionally for you. For the Ministry of Foreign Affairs we recorded information meetings that could be attended worldwide in the embassies.

Foreign Affairs Case
In November 2003, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs introduced an appraisal system with an emphasis on the working relationship between the employee and the manager. Personal development formed an explicit part. The Ministry set about informing its employees in different ways. As employees posted abroad were unable to attend the information meetings and workshops, the Ministry wanted to record these meetings. At their request, parts of these meetings were staged. We made sure that the recording was enticing, for example by introducing a number of well-known or engaging employees. This record became an edited version of a number of meetings, and included time for a question and answer session.
