What's that?
Besides employing actors in training situations, our actors are often used in assessments. Assessments form an essential part of recruitment and selection procedures. Participants are tested on their competencies in a set simulation. Performing role play in an assessment requires specific skills from the actor. He or she must be able to repeat behaviour in order to call on the participants' competencies and to make them visible.
When do you use it?
Testing whether specific competencies are present has become an increasingly important part of selection rounds in the recruitment of new personnel members. Such assessments can often provide a decisive answer on whether someone is indeed suitable for the job. Actors who are experienced in this working method provide essential support.
What are the gains?
With the support from actors you can substantiate the choice of continuing or not with a participant in a selection process. Competencies become visible, and the phrase "don't tell us, show us" becomes reality.
