Senior Actor

 

Our Senior Actors:

  • Play roles on the basis of existing cases and cases that are provided by the participants on the spot
  • Give feedback within their role and from their knowledge of the training model that was used
  • Work with participants at operational and middle-management level
  • Have no process responsibility
  • Are the host and companion of the trainer
  • Have knowledge and experience of a range of different behavioural models and training methods, including DAS, Leary's rose, core quadrants, Management Drives, Star, MBTI, Belbin team roles. 

 

We use Senior Actors for:

Sexual harassment situations, Interviews about absenteeism through illness, Job interviews, Appraisals, Bad-news interviews, Leadership training, Absenteeism training, Works Council training, Diversity training, Coaching interviews, Assessments, Personal effectiveness, After care support, Competency management, Conflict management, Sales training.
