Play roles on the basis of existing cases and cases that are provided by the participants on the spot
- Give feedback from their role and from their knowledge of the training model that was used
- Are able to use a range of drama exercises in order to support the training
- Are able to paraphrase large parts of the role play
- Work with participants at higher management and Board level
- Are able to take on partial process responsibility
- Are the host and companion of the trainer

Have in-depth knowledge and experience of different behavioural models and training methods, including DAS, Leary's rose, core quadrants, Management Drives, Star, MBTI, Belbin team roles.
We use Special Expertise Actors for:
Direction models, mirror-theatre sessions, as Facilitator, Improvisational theatre, to write, Training in English, German, French, Acts, Coaching sessions, Assessments at Board level, Presentation techniques, Drama classes.
