Act Inc. Actors 
Act Inc. collaborates with more than 200 professional workshop actors with drama-school training. All our actors have gained acting experience in film, television, or theatre. They have acquired experience as a training actor in training projects for a wide range of profit and non-profit organisations. Many of our actors also have a teaching background.

Act Inc. Academy
Before our actors are send to our clients, they complete internal training in our own Academy. During recruitment, selection and training we spend a great deal of time and attention on the competencies we believe to be the ‘secret' ingredients for a good training actor. We call them:

The Big Five
1   Acting is good and credible.
2   Teaching insight-the actor has knowledge of the behavioural theories that are used.
3   Corporate knowledge, the actor has knowledge of the sector.
4   Added value, the actor is the host and the companion of the trainer.
5   Feedback, the actor is the expert and provides an emotional refelection from his role.

Added Value 
Why should you work with an actor from Act Inc.? Workshop actors give people a chance to try out new skills in a safe environment, until these new skills start to feel good and familiar. Act Inc. provides actors who can take on the role of employee, line manager, client, colleague, etc in order to create a recognisable situation. The participants 'can have a go'. They can experiment and play with behaviour without this having consequences - which would occur in real life. By experimenting with situations that lead to a good or a bad conclusion, the participants gain experience they are able to apply well and quickly in their daily situations. We know that working with an actor is the best tool to create required behaviour. The abstract becomes concrete.
