Act Inc. Holland is the result of a merger between the acting activities of the training and consultancy agency ‘Het Consulaat’ and the business-theatre company ‘Easy Actors’. Learning by experience is the key concept . 
Act Inc. is an expert when it comes to using role-play/training actors in skills training, learning processes, but also in other interventions, including the direction model, interactive theatre, drama class, improvisational theatre, etc, that aim to change behaviour. By acting out a situation in a recognisable and credible manner, our actors provide a learning environment in which your participants can experiment with their behaviour and its effect on their environment. Actors are experts in feelings and reflect on your participant's behaviour from that basis of expertise. They are able to model their behaviour on the instructions from the trainer in such a manner that the required learning result is achieved faster. This interactive working method enables people to apply these experiences in daily life. We make a distinction between Basic actors, Senior actors, and Special Expertise actors. This distinction enables us to provide the right actor for the right assignment at the right price/quality ratio.

Free workshop "working with roleplay/training actors
Act Inc. holds free workshops for you as trainer/coaches on several different dates. During these workshop we discuss, and you will experience for yourself, what it means to work with actors or to obtain maximum benefit from working with actors. We also deal with all the special working methods, such as the direction model, drama class, improvisational theatre, or interactive theatre.
